SS provides custom software development, process automation, web platform engineering, and technical consulting. Specific service levels and deliverables will be governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, all pre-existing tools, libraries, and frameworks used by SS remain the property of SS. The specific custom code and assets developed exclusively for a client under a paid SOW will typically transfer to the client upon full payment, as specified in the service contract.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that any data or technical requirements provided to us are accurate and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new terms on the Site. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
